Evaluations cover mobility, transfers, balance, strength, daily functional tasks and current functional capacity to guide therapy and provide recommendations for exercises, strategies, and supports to promote independence and safety.

We provide recommendations and reports following comprehensive assessments and trials for mobility aids, wheelchairs, complex seating systems, bed equipment, standing frames, hoists, and other assistive devices. Assessments focus on identifying individual needs, trialling appropriate equipment, and supporting funding applications to ensure the individual receive the right solutions to enhance safety, independence, and functional ability.

We offer a balance program designed to help individuals reduce their risk of falls, improve stability, and maintain independence at home. This program includes targeted exercises to enhance strength, balance, and coordination, along with pratical strategies for safe movement in daily life. The goal is to increase confidence, functional mobility, and long-term safety.

Guidance and support for NDIS applications, including completing comprehensive physiotherapy assessments to identify functional needs, determine appropriate supports, and document the impact of an individual’s condition.

We will be able to assist with completing Section 2 of the NDIS Access Request Form, providing the NDIS with detailed information about the individual’s condition / disability, to support access to funded supports. Additionally, we assist with physiotherapy plan reviews and ongoing therapy to help individuals achieve their goals.

We support children with developmental delays, postural or mobility challenges, and gross motor skill development. Neurodevelopmental physiotherapy is offered to help children achieve functional milestones, improve coordination, and participate confidently in daily activities and with their peers. Sessions are tailored to each child’s needs, delivered in-home or in school.

We offer secure, convenient Telehealth Physiotherapy sessions for individuals who prefer or require remote support. Through video consultations, individuals receive professional assessment, exercise guidance, progress monitoring, and ongoing advice — all from the comfort of their own home. Telehealth services are ideal for individuals seeking flexible access to physiotherapy care.

We provide training for formal support staff, including manual handing assistance, allied health assistant skills, and safe client care techniques. Training is tailored to the needs of the client and delivered in practical, hands-on sessions to enhance confidence, competency, and safety in supporting clients’ mobility and daily care requirements.
